A6 C8: Mid-Term Review

Problems started after 80k km and again after 120k km. The steering rack was replaced twice due to power steering failure. The manufacturer didn't foresee replacing just the module, complicating repairs. The active cruise control and pre sense front radar was also replaced, leaving the car in the workshop for a month due to unavailable parts. Vibrations can be felt on the steering wheel when stationary with the engine running. The climate control panel screen scratches very easily and collects fingerprints. System responsiveness...

Audi A6 C8 Review

Previously owned a Volvo S90 (also new). Besides the design (mainly interior), everything in the A6 is better and more refined. The car, in its rich trim with soft-close doors, is exceptionally quiet. At 160 km/h, it glides silently without strain (only 2k RPM). It has plenty of power to exceed 240 km/h if needed on German highways. Comfort, sufficient performance, and ample space for everyone. The C8 post-facelift interior is excellent – identical to the A8.
