BMW X3 G01: Good, But Not Perfect

Overall, a nice car, I like it, but it's not as outstanding in every aspect as BMW usually considers itself. The biggest advantages are the exterior design and interior finish. The disadvantage, however, is the unstable software behavior. I will compare it with the Renault Koleos, from which I switched, in some respects it was a better car, and I would more willingly spend my own money on it. The greatest satisfaction with the X3: driving peace, quiet, suspension, driving precision. We're talking about 18" wheels.

Pros: Attractive exterior design, High-quality interior finish, Peaceful and quiet ride, Comfortable suspension, Precise handling
Cons: Unstable software performance

X3 G01: My First BMW, Not My Last

My first BMW, and definitely not my last. This car is perfectly tailored for me. I'm 192 cm tall and feel comfortable, with no lack of space nor the feeling that the car is too big. With the family (wife + kids) it's also okay for shorter trips and local driving (for longer trips, e.g., abroad, we drive a Volvo XC90). The engine positively surprised me; moving from a Passat Alltrack with 220 HP, I didn't feel like I had less power, and in fact, it felt even better. The suspension is...

Pros: Excellent for taller drivers, Spacious enough for family trips, Powerful and responsive engine, Comfortable ride
Cons: Not ideal for very long international trips (compared to larger SUVs)

BMW X3 G01 Review

Truly a car worth recommending, everything works, service is acceptable. It feels its worst in traffic jams – fuel consumption (but that's with any car besides EV/PHEV). It might not be as comfortable as a Mercedes or Lexus, but it handles the road incredibly well. On longer or suburban trips – nothing to complain about, fuel consumption can drop to 4.5l (speed up to 80km/h). Trips like to the seaside, highway, Croatia, etc. – with a roof box – it doesn't want to burn more than 7l/100km – generally 6.6. In the city (Krakow) the whole...

Pros: Excellent handling and road grip, Low fuel consumption on highways, Reliable performance
Cons: High fuel consumption in city traffic, Less comfortable than some luxury competitors

BMW X3 G01 Review: Versatile, Engaging Driving

A versatile car for family trips or spirited drives, from IKEA runs to continent-wide journeys. It's a well-crafted machine, far from bland. The B58 engine is merely the cherry on top. Driving is a pleasure, though outright performance isn't its strongest suit. What truly stands out is the refined design. Simple yet thoughtfully laid out interior, free of unnecessary gimmicks. It's like today's movies dominated by CGI, versus this genuine, no-nonsense automotive experience that feels real and tactile.

Pros: Versatile for various needs, Engaging driving experience, Well-designed and refined construction, Thoughtful and uncluttered interior
Cons: Not focused on ultimate performance

BMW X3 g01

I don't know why I can't enter more than 1000 km, but I have 126,000 km. The car is fine, it can accommodate and pack a family of 2+2 for a European vacation. It's quiet inside, I have double glazing, and there's peace. The 3.0i engine (not smaller!) handles highway speeds calmly and without stress. You can merge into the passing lane every time, everywhere, and at any speed. On single-lane roads, you can overtake convoys at your leisure.

Pros: Comfortable for family trips, Quiet interior with double glazing, Adequate engine power for overtaking, Good for European road trips
Cons: Odometer entry limitation

BMW X3 G01 Review

After two years and over 60k km, I still enjoy getting in and driving. It's quiet, comfortable, pleasant, and expensive. The car is almost perfect, though for the money, I'd have configured something else myself. However, I 'received' it without choice (it was available at work, and I wasn't complaining). Nearly full equipment makes a difference. Something I wouldn't have noticed or ordered myself, but now appreciate, are the ventilated leather seats. I've grown out of 'wild' driving, so I drive 'dignified,' to which this car is suited.

Pros: Quiet and comfortable ride, Pleasant driving experience, Luxurious and well-equipped, Appreciated ventilated leather seats
Cons: Expensive purchase price

BMW X3 G01: Cost-Cutting Evident

The car is clearly economically limited. The leather upholstery is of poor quality, fraying on the lumbar support, the so-called side bolster. Plastic elements are of lower quality and unfortunately creak. The main gauges, except in sport mode, do not display engine temperature. The infotainment system is very unreliable, with issues pairing phones (any system). The inductive charger heats the phone so much when connecting without a cable that after an hour of highway driving, the phone turns off. I should add that it does this

Pros: Economical driving
Cons: Low-quality leather upholstery, Creaking plastic parts, Missing engine temperature gauge, Unreliable infotainment and phone pairing, Overheating inductive charger
