Very Bad - C4 Cactus

This C4 Cactus is extremely disappointing. Its only redeeming quality is that it's quiet. However, the after-sales service (SAV) is terrible, and the engine failed at only 16,000 km. To make matters worse, the trunk door opens while driving.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: After-sales service (SAV), Engine failure at 16,000 km, Trunk door opens while driving

Citroën C4 Cactus 1.2 PureTech (110 Hp) SUV Mileage unknown

Issue: Battery

Comfortable highway cruiser. Reliability and customer service are below par. It accepts unleaded 95 but progressively fouls the engine, so only use 98. Key recognition fault requires rebooting the vehicle by disconnecting the battery several times a year. Engine failure at 51,000 km, 34 months. Coverage only 50% (meaning €2,500 out of pocket) because I only had maintenance for 45,000 km, despite a lease with maintenance and warranty for 36 months.

Pros: Good comfortable highway car
Cons: Reliability and after-sales service are terrible., Accepts unleaded 95 but progressively fouls the engine: only use 98., Keyless entry fault requiring vehicle reboot by disconnecting battery multiple times a year., Engine failure at 51,000 km, 34 months old. Only 50% coverage (€2,500 out of pocket) due to maintenance schedule discrepancy despite lease contract.
