Citroen C4: Reliable Used Car

I've been driving this car for 3 years. Although I bought it as a 'cheap used car,' it has served me without any issues. Typical French car problems occur: windows sometimes jam, the fan doesn't always switch, bulbs burn out frequently, etc. Generally, the electrical and electronic systems in these cars are not the best, especially on humid days. BUT I'm glad it's not bearings, a head gasket, or other repairs that would quickly double the cost of this car.

Pros: Reliable long-term use, Affordable maintenance
Cons: Typical electrical glitches (windows, fan), Frequent bulb burnouts, Electronics sensitive to humidity

C4 i: Fuel Economy & Interior Ergonomics - Mixed Feelings

Fuel consumption noted at 33,000 km on LPG, plus an additional 1.5L of gasoline must be accounted for. I have very mixed feelings about this car. On one hand, it's CHEAP, with an excellent, bulletproof engine. On the other hand, interior ergonomics... generally, such a concept doesn't exist in this car. In my opinion, the interior is a failure; some solutions inside are a complete misunderstanding. Beyond that, this car is reasonably spirited. Those 110hp in sheet metal thinner than a can do the job. It's not a speed demon, but it's capable.

Pros: Affordable purchase price, Robust and reliable engine, Adequate performance for its class
Cons: Poor interior ergonomics and design, Questionable interior material quality

C4 i: A Satisfying Car with Some Quirks

A car that has definitely satisfied me. Firstly, the comfort and ergonomics are at a high level. The 90hp engine is sufficient for daily use, but for those who prefer a more dynamic driving experience, a more powerful unit should be considered. Relatively low fuel consumption compensates for annoying electronic issues and plastics that tend to lose their adhesive over many years. Good speakers make long journeys more enjoyable, and there's plenty of space for its size class.

Pros: High level of comfort and ergonomics, Sufficient engine for daily use, Relatively low fuel consumption, Good speakers for long journeys, Ample interior space for its class
Cons: Potential for annoying electronic issues, Plastic parts may lose adhesion over time, 90hp engine may be insufficient for dynamic driving

Citroen C4: A Budget-Friendly First Car

I bought the C4 as my first car after passing my driving test. My final opinion must be influenced by the fact that it was one of the cheapest (and probably ugliest) examples in the country. From my current perspective, I could say many things differently and complain loudly about many issues. However, for over three years, with proper care, the Citroen guaranteed me tens of thousands of kilometers driven without problems. Without any serious breakdowns and in relatively comfortable conditions.

Pros: Reliable for its price, Comfortable ride
Cons: Potentially unattractive design, May require careful maintenance
