Lodgy Minivan: Budget-Friendly, But Build Quality Lacking
Very inexpensive to operate, and there's little to complain about in that regard. However, the build quality is a problem. Door seals started leaking on a three-year-old car! The trunk lid rattles, and there are many finishing flaws. I've never encountered such a crude car in terms of execution. These are minor issues, though very annoying. I use this car as a taxi, and sometimes I'm embarrassed by the constant rattling and shaking. It's understandable that for this price, you can't expect...
Pros:
Very cheap to operate
Cons:
Poor build quality, Leaking door seals, Rattling trunk lid, Numerous finishing flaws, Annoying minor issues

I've owned this car since new and thankfully, there haven't been any major issues. It met my expectations, but due to my increasing height, I'm focusing on driving comfort and ease of entry/exit. Like the portal's boss, I'm 2 meters tall and can confidently recommend it to tall people. It passes the "two-meter driver" test averagely, but I don't see this as a disqualifier, as how often do two 2-meter people travel long distances in a car. The most important thing is that as a driver, I don't feel...
Pros:
Spacious for tall drivers, Reliable with no major issues
Cons:
Average comfort for very tall passengers in the rear, Entry/exit can be tight for the very tall

Lodgy Minivan
Bought specifically for long holiday trips, to Croatia every year. Due to the largest boot in this segment. I pack three people (including one in a car seat), a Legionowo villa tent with all camping equipment (from folding furniture to a stove, a two-burner electric stove plus a grill, various 25m electric extension cords etc., two compressor fridges, hanging shelves, folding chairs, two folding tables, two hammocks with frames, an inflatable boat
Pros:
Largest boot space in its class, Ideal for family holidays and camping
Cons:
May struggle with very heavy loads

Lodgy Minivan Facelift
Overall rating is high because only the appearance is a drawback, especially the interior. However, everything else makes this car have no competition in terms of service costs, fuel consumption, reliability, spaciousness, and functionality. If the manufacturer had provided an automatic version and interior like in the latest models, it would simply be super. It may not look good, but it's a surprising car in many ways. I say I bought a new car from the 90s because it's built...
Pros:
Low service costs, Excellent fuel efficiency, High reliability, Spacious interior, Functional design
Cons:
Dated exterior styling, Interior aesthetics could be improved

Lodgy Minivan Facelift Revision
I'd gladly give it 4.5/5. It's certainly not a car to impress girls or the neighbor. You buy it with your head, not your heart. Nevertheless, if you're looking for an affordable, reliable workhorse that can transport 7 people, or 6 quite comfortably, from point 'A' to 'B', this car will meet all expectations. I also chose it based on reason, not emotion, having bought a few-year-old used one, and after seven years...
Pros:
Affordable family transport, Reliable and practical, Spacious for 7 passengers
Cons:
Lacks emotional appeal, Not designed for impressing others

180k km and so far the only breakdown was a faulty steering column stalk, replaced with an aftermarket part for 100 PLN. In summary, the car's main advantages are reliability, low running costs, and a very spacious interior. The drawbacks are primarily the archaic design, especially the interior, and weak brakes. Would I buy again? 10 years ago, probably yes; today, no. I'm currently looking for a new daily driver, but the Lodgy remains with me as a third car.
Pros:
Exceptional reliability, Low operating costs, Very spacious interior
Cons:
Archaic exterior and interior design, Weak brakes

Lodgy Minivan: Practical and Affordable
A cool, inexpensive car to buy. Don't expect luxury, but it handles city traffic and country roads well thanks to its gearbox. You'll also be pleased with the prices of replacement parts. The problem arises with more serious repairs, which you will likely face. Suddenly, you find out that the part is no longer available or only available with the entire assembly by special order from the dealership. Even parts from older Renault models aren't helpful because the part is slightly different.
Pros:
Affordable purchase price, Good for city and country driving, Low cost of wear parts
Cons:
Not very comfortable, Difficult to find parts for serious repairs, Parts availability issues for less common repairs

Lodgy Minivan Facelifted
Bought used with the expectation of it being a budget car. It had good equipment (rear electric windows, navigation, reversing camera, armrest, semi-leather seats) for a 2+4 family. For the money, you'd get a VAN at least 2x older with 3-4x the mileage. A very grateful little car, in my opinion better suited for journeys than city driving, though it's not a highway racer. Optimal cruising speed is 120 km/h at 2800 rpm. The interior...
Pros:
Good value for money compared to older vans, Well-equipped for a budget vehicle, Spacious for a family
Cons:
Not ideal for aggressive city driving, Not a high-performance highway car

Lodgy Stepway: Practicality and Space
The Dacia Lodgy's qualities are evident. Purchased new, it's had ZERO issues in 5.5 years. Despite its exterior size, it's cavernous in every direction and in every row. It comfortably fits 7 adults or 6 with luggage. At 186 cm tall, I still have nearly 20 cm of headroom!
Pros:
Spacious interior for passengers and luggage, Reliable for over 5 years with no issues, Excellent headroom even for tall drivers
Cons:
Basic plastic interior trim, Low-resolution rear-view camera, Thin floor carpeting, Poor noise insulation

Cons:

Issue: Interior Noise
Engine is reliable for a 5cv, most powerful without eco mode, even more power on LPG. The highest I've pushed it is 170 on the speedometer, 165 real GPS speed for better performance. Bosch 4-electrode spark plugs. Noise in the front axle like brake pad noise during braking, despite good condition of pads and discs. 2 hours ago, engine heating light came on! Despite correct coolant levels. 2 options: either worn coolant or faulty thermostat.
Pros:
Reliable engine for a 5cv, Most powerful without eco mode, More power even on LPG, Bosch 4-electrode spark plugs, Good performance with GPS speed
Cons:
Front axle noise like brake pad noise during braking, Engine heating light illuminated recently, Potential worn coolant or faulty thermostat

Very Good Performance - Lodgy
Very good value for money, spacious, quiet in the city. Poor lateral seat support, but acceptable for relaxed driving.

Cons:
Poor lateral seat support

Interiors Noises Problem
Spacious, quiet cabin, cute, and safe for a daily 40 km commute. However, the advertised 7 L/100km fuel consumption is higher at 8 L/100km, which is a bit concerning with gear changes around 2000 RPM. Durability in 4-5 years remains to be seen. Still satisfied after a week, good value for money.
Pros:
Spacious, No interior noise, Cute and safe for a 40 km daily commute
Cons:
Higher than advertised fuel consumption (8 L/100km vs 7 L/100km), Concerns about long-term durability after 4-5 years
