Panda II

If you're looking for a car for the city or short trips out of town, I definitely recommend this car. I mainly use it for country roads + highways and bits of city driving, but it easily holds 110 km/h without feeling like the engine will explode or be excessively strained. A car with an engine so simple, you can just get in and drive without fear of breaking down. Spare parts are very cheap and easy to replace. I do a bit...

Pros: Ideal for city driving., Great for short trips., Simple and reliable engine., Affordable and easy-to-find spare parts.
Cons: Slightly less suited for very long highway stretches at high speeds.

Panda II

I've driven this car since new - bought in a Polish dealership for a company. Factory gas installation from Auto-Gaz-Śląsk (Katowice). If it weren't for the fact that I no longer need a VAN, I wouldn't sell it. Now, looking for a used, non-accidented car - I regret selling the Panda. In 10 years and almost 200,000 km, NOTHING broke besides parts that simply wear out on Polish roads: shock absorbers, control arms, discs, etc. The clutch didn't fail, and I drove on the original timing belt for...

Pros: Reliable, nothing broke unexpectedly, Good value for money, Original parts lasted well
Cons: Wear and tear on suspension parts due to road conditions

Panda II: A Rolling Disaster

This car is a nightmare. It spent more time in the repair shop than on the road since I got it. The engine is a tragedy, and the bodywork is a tragedy. Fiat makes the absolute worst cars. I had a Seicento before, and it was similar. If you need a reliable city car, steer clear of any Fiat. They masterfully combine the worst traits of their competitors. To prove this isn't an isolated incident, when we bought the Panda, early on several family members...

Pros: None identified
Cons: Constantly in repair, Tragic engine, Poor bodywork, Unreliable, Combines worst competitor traits
