Accent II

The car doesn't impress with quality, and that's its biggest flaw. However, its advantage is that it drives and should get us to our destination without major problems. So, it's not so bad because it's quite cheap. It's poorly made. The poor quality of interior materials is striking, as is the economy on paintwork material, the weak paint coating, the easily chipped paint, and very poor anti-corrosion protection, similar to Tico/Espero, and thin sheet metal. The car is some attempt to imitate Japanese cars from the 90s.

Pros: Drives reliably, Affordable
Cons: Poor interior material quality, Weak paint with easy chipping, Poor anti-corrosion protection, Thin sheet metal

Accent II: Good, Even Very Good.

Well, surprisingly good. The running gear works correctly, the car is predictable (passed the moose test). Relatively few breakdowns and cheap parts (mine's a base model, even without ABS). Fuel consumption is acceptable and the trunk is quite spacious. I recommend it if you're looking for an inexpensive car, for a beginner driver or a woman (you won't cry over bodywork), mainly for city driving. When looking for a used one, it's worth checking reviews of Accents with over 100,000 km mileage (e.g., some...

Pros: Predictable handling, Few breakdowns, Affordable parts, Acceptable fuel economy, Spacious trunk
Cons: Base models lack ABS

Accent II: Great Value, Surprising Quality

This is my first car, and I'm incredibly happy with it. After sifting through tons of ads for rusty Golfs or other wrecks, I found this Hyundai. For less than two thousand, I got a brilliant, comfortable, and reasonably dynamic car that's unparalleled in this budget. Moderately economical, dynamic, and comfortable. Reliability is also a strong point. The design is not bad either; I once stood next to a Lexus and the front was almost identical. I recommend looking for models before the 00-02 facelift.

Pros: Excellent value for money, Comfortable ride, Decent performance, Reliable, Attractive design
Cons: Look for pre-facelift models
