C-Class W205: A Beloved Workhorse

I drove my 'Mietek' (a fond nickname for Mercedes) 520,000km and... a bearing seized... unfortunately. Until then, apart from replacing the starter and alternator, removing the DPF and deactivating AdBlue, it was flawless. I sold it as damaged, but I have sentimental feelings. And as an 'old enthusiast,' I say it was worth it. At this mileage, my entire suspension was original and nothing even tried to clunk or rattle. The gearbox worked just like the first day. The driver's seat on the left side (from getting in) showed minimal wear, and

C-Class W205

I got a very well-equipped version, with all possible assistance systems, Burmester 3D audio, MATRIX lights, multi-contour seats with massage, etc., so I am very satisfied. Perhaps in a less equipped version, the admiration might not have been so immense, but nevertheless, I consider it a great car with an outstanding engine. The finishing quality is also what I would expect (not outstanding, but adequate for its class). My only reservations are about the trunk. Not so much the capacity, but...
