V70 III: A Reliable and Economical Workhorse

I bought my V70 new from a Polish dealership. The car is very comfortable, economical, and reliable. Over almost 300,000 km, I haven't encountered any unexpected issues. During this long distance, I only had to replace a front bearing and the rubber-metal bushings of the rear control arms. Other expenses were typical maintenance. My only gripe is the creaking door panel plastics, which I haven't experienced in other examples. Servicing isn't the cheapest, but it's far from the exorbitant prices one might expect.

Pros: Very comfortable, Economical, Reliable over long distances, Low running costs aside from specific repairs

V70 III

Overall, this is my second V70, the previous one was a 1st generation and I immediately loved it :)) The car is very spacious, comfortable, and quite economical - considering its reliability. The 1.6 engine (109hp) is a bit weak but it's drivable. I've recently remapped it and it has 20hp and 40Nm more, honestly, it's much better. Since I had this model before, I knew what to expect. However, compared to the first generation, the older one was even more comfortable and its engine...

Pros: Spacious, Comfortable, Economical for its size, Reliable
Cons: 1.6 engine is underpowered, Previous generation was more comfortable
